Mineral-Rich minerals. When I look at the poor health of our nation with 25 percent of the people smoking deadly cigarettes and about that many drinking deadly alcohol, I know there will be many wasted in the process. The medical profession has no real answers and we are getting in deeper everyday. I have heard Maureen Salaman on TV and believe that her collateral minerals are good to take a hidden except they may have some sugar in the flavoring. Wateroz "water of life" is clear of and virtually tasteless containing 84 minerals although some of the minerals like zinc should be taken I believe straight but always less than 1 oz per day. Basic minerals are the most important of all and after those vitamins B and C although it is better to eat the foods that contain the vitamins. There are 12 vitamins that may be important for us to receive in our food supply. A balance of activity is I believe the most important for body soul and mind development and maintenance. I am convinced that our foods so are void of minerals that build and maintain the body. Although selenium, this is a vital mineral but it may need to be taken cautiously in very small amounts. Zinc should be taken in concert with other minerals such as copper and magnesium. I am taking a small amount of iodine as prescribed by the mineral producer. Liquid sulfur is also on my list of daily minerals. When we read their information we expect to be well in a week but it does not happen that fast. This is all experimental and I only recite my beliefs while I hope and pray for complete healing. We must return to God's natural foods to stay well and feeling good.

I like to look up into the sky when I pray to God, let us behold heavens and pray by faith unselfishly always giving our best of service and willingness while we worship almighty God on this earth let us all live a life of victory rejoicing in the and being totally committed to His cause, always and abounding in faith and love. God lives and knows our name. Take hold of life and be in control of yourself. Seek after righteousness and put God first in all things. Live Holy.

We have a new sheriff elect that I believe is a clone of the old one. I did not vote because I believe both are pyramid men. Law-enforcement chiefs are rubber stamps for federal policy. I could not in good conscious serve in this capacity. Our constitutional law was designed after God's law of the Old Testament Bible yet it is being interpreted now by the Supreme Court and decrees are being made such as seizure of assets that indicate we are living in the last days of God's grace extended to mankind. We live in an age of extreme compromises by the steepled church and we live in an age of extraordinary greed by the law enforcement community. There is a deep underlying cause in all of this that every one needs to see and understand. We're saved by grace through faith in our Lord and Christ. Our own good works does not save us. Let us work within God's total plan.
